Listings IDX plugin for WordPress update for Canada and US customers of myRealPage

We have pushed out a new version of the WordPress IDX plugin which is now at version 0.6. The full public release of the plugin can be found here. In short, this is a listings IDX plugin for WordPress which can be used by myRealPage customers in select Canadian and US regions, in particular Greater Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatchewan, Chicago, Greater Phoenix (Arizona),  San Diego and others. If you haven’t installed the plugin yet, please follow the instructions on the plugin HOWTO page here:

If you installed the plugin already, this is how you can update it to the latest version (please note, that we intend to release the plugin to the WordPress repository once it’s out of beta, and then the updates will be more automatic; but until then the update needs to be managed manually):

1. Login into your WordPress administration
2. Click on “Plugins” and find “mrpWPIdx” plugin
3. Click on “Deactivate” and then on “Delete” links and confirm the deletion of all data
4. Click on “Add New” button and select “Upload” link
5. Select the new plugin “zip” and click “Install Now”
6. Click “Activate plugin” after the plugin has been uploaded.

The updated version fixes a couple of bugs. We expect the plugin to undergo several refinements and updates before it will leave the beta version.
